HOW TO VERIFY – You can do this in two ways:
- You should have been sent a Verification email, once received, you simply click the verification link.
- If you did not receive this email, you can navigate to your Online Account on the website (ensuring you’re already logged in), then you will be prompted to verify your account before viewing the details. There is a trigger button you can press to manually send the verification email if it has not been received.
IMPORTANT – you do not need to verify your email address to complete a purchase or make a booking, only to view your Online Account.
