- Clients must be at least 18 years old for laser or skin treatments
- For ages 13–17, a parent or guardian must attend the consultation and first treatment
- Parent/guardian must understand the procedure and aftercare
- Treatments are not recommended for those under 12 due to hormonal changes/puberty
- A valid form of ID may be required to confirm age
